Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. For digital content the right can end earlier, and only if you have expressly agreed to that.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us - using the details on our Contact page - of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
The service is digital content supplied without a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if all of the following apply:
- you have expressly consented that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends; and
- you have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal on complete performance of the contract; and
- we have provided you with confirmation of that agreement.
If you have started using the service after giving that consent, you have therefore agreed that the right of withdrawal expires.
If you have not given that consent, the service will not be made available to you before the 14-day period expires.
